• The affected page and approximate time, including your time zone. 문제가 발생한 페이지와 대략적인 시각·시간대.
• Your browser, device and the error you saw. 브라우저·기기와 표시된 오류.
• What you expected and what happened instead. 하려던 동작과 실제 발생한 문제.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, identity documents or private conversation recordings. Remove other people’s personal details from any screenshot. We receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can review and reply to your request.

비밀번호·인증번호·신분증·사적인 대화 녹화본을 보내지 마세요. 화면 캡처에는 다른 사람의 개인정보를 가려주세요. 문의를 검토하고 답변하기 위해 발신 이메일 주소와 문의에 직접 포함한 내용을 받습니다.

During a conversation · 대화 중 문제가 생기면

Leave if you feel uncomfortable and use the in-chat block/report controls. In a video call, Report & block ends the call; select a reason and submit the report. Email is also available if you cannot use the in-chat controls.

불편하면 먼저 대화를 종료하고 대화창의 차단·신고 기능을 이용하세요. 영상통화에서는 신고·차단으로 통화를 종료한 뒤 사유를 선택해 신고를 제출합니다. 대화창에서 기능을 사용할 수 없다면 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.
